Was having issues with the lithium batteries in my golf cart. Eric was very knowledgeable regarding exactly what was happening and where the failure was. There were two faulty batteries out of the 4. He was nice enough to call the company and explain to them what was happening since the batteries were still under warranty.
Was able to get the new replacement batteries from the company because of him. 😊
I scheduled an appointment.
Eric arrived on time with a smile and installed the new ones.
I also wanted to have some old parts upgraded and replaced with new. He ordered those for me and installed.
Has been consistently very responsive and his prices and rates are very good!
