Had a great experience with Eric. Booked an appointment with him online and he came out the next day. Charged a diagnostic fee but it was credited to my final invoice once I got the work done. Eric converted my cart from lead acid batteries to lithium and replaced my tires.

Eric was a great communicator and kept me constantly in the loop (there was an issue with the shipping of the battery) and even went as far as letting me know about issues he had heard about the tires i originally ordered and offered to order me a different set.

Eric (and his wife) are incredibly polite, punctual and knowledgeable. I won’t look any further for my golf cart needs!

Eric diagnosed the issue with both my broken golfcarts and repaired them quickly. Highly recommended.

Was having issues with the lithium batteries in my golf cart. Eric was very knowledgeable regarding exactly what was happening and where the failure was. There were two faulty batteries out of the 4. He was nice enough to call the company and explain to them what was happening since the batteries were still under warranty.
Was able to get the new replacement batteries from the company because of him. 😊
